With bespoke events and many variables across locations, tracking individual projects had become difficult. The client needed event management software aligned to their creative, fast-moving operating model.

The solution needed to deliver granular segmentation and financial insight per event, company-wide revenue and profit reporting, and clear visibility of third-party costs against industry-standard margins.

The solution

Our web app delivered clearer, more granular reporting across KPIs, finances and time — helping leadership quickly spot where profitability was slipping and take action. Admin effort dropped significantly, while accuracy and reporting speed improved, giving real-time visibility across events.

Moving away from Excel also enabled tighter user permissions, ensuring data was only visible to authorised staff. Working closely with the client and their accountant, we solved the reporting issues while preserving the strengths of the previous system.
