We connected the business to invaluable postcode look-up software, as well as the Stripe API, allowing them to take multiple payment types from customers remotely.

The brief

A healthy London-based bespoke meal prep company were seeing rapid growth, and as a result, the team were creaking under the volume of manual administration in spreadsheets, emails, and documents. They needed to reduce their administration burden to make the business scalable.

The solution

Our two-phase approach delivered immediate relief while building a long-term solution. First, we automated key processes in Excel using VBA, cutting admin by around 40 hours per week and freeing the team to focus on improvement.

We then replaced spreadsheets with a mobile-friendly Laravel web app, enabling card payments, reducing admin and kitchen workload by a further 40–60 hours weekly, and cutting food waste by about 50%.

Together, these efficiencies created the foundation for growth, franchising and scalable operations.
